Booking Your Stay

Lodge bookings must be made over the phone and can be done so by calling 0800 111 4149. Phones lines are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm.

All prices and dates above are for lodge breaks for Kielder Winter Wonderland 2021 and show the length of stay available along with the day you will visit the event. Please be aware that tickets are not included in the prices shown.

When you book a lodge your day tickets are pre-allocated. Before booking please make sure you have the names of the children attending and the age they will be when they attend the event, we will ring you nearer the time of the event for a secret to give to Father Christmas.
